PeeWees Struggling to Find the Net
The Legion PeeWee team is playing pretty good defensive hockey, but are having a lot of trouble finding the back of the opposition nets.

After a pretty good first few games, the team has only scored 4 goals in their last 4 games.  A 3-2 loss to Blyth-Brussels, 1-1 tie with Durham, a 4-0 loss to Ripley and a Nov. 12 loss to Durham by 3-1 has the coaching staff shaking their heads.
The loss in Durham was a good effort though, with Durham scoring 2 goals on the powerplay.  A lot of positives started to show up in this game and the team needs to continue going to the net hard and wanting to be first to the puck.  Sam Marston is playing strong games in net for Wingham.  The goal in the Durham game was a text book 2 on 1 as Brady MacDonald scored on a perfect setup from Landon Anderson-Johnston.  Noah Young filled in as an affiliated player in this one and had the Durham players looking over their shoulders as he delivered some thundering body checks.
Next game is Wed., Nov. 16 in Drayton.  No home game this week and the team is in the Legion tournament in Lucknow on Nov. 19, playing BCH at 8:00 a.m.
