Atoms 3-0 on Weekend
The Foxton Fuels Atom Rep team were a perfect 3 wins and no losses on the weekend.
All 3 games were on the road. In Teeswater on Friday, the team started a bit slow and Teeswater was able to interrupt several passing plays. But Wingham prevailed with a 5-0 victory. In Listowel on Saturday afternoon Wingham dominated from start to finish in a 9-0 win. Hayden Robinson was on fire with 6 goals. The team had a tougher time on Sunday in Blyth for an exhibition game against the Blyth-Brussels combo. Skating away with a hard fought 4-3 victory this was a better preparation for the Atom SilverStick tournament starting Dec. 2 at the North Huron Wescast Community Complex.
