U13 LL Defeats Hanover for WOAA Title
Submitted By Dave Tiffin on Mon 03 28, 22
The Wingham U13 (Peewee) LL team are WOAA Champions! After taking game 1 in Hanover 8-3 they returned home to Wingham today to play game 2 in the best 2 out of 3 series. The game was very back and forth with Wingham eventually taking a 5-4 lead midway through the 3rd period. This lead would hold on to the end to secure the championship. A great way to finish up 2021-22.  Congratulations to the players and coaches on such a great season!
