Silver Stick Donates to WMHA
Wingham Regional Silver Stick is pleased to once again donate the proceeds from their Midget and Atom tournaments to Wingham Minor Hockey.
Along with a significant cash donation, Wingham Silver Stick will be donating a set of home and away jerseys to a minor hockey team. Silver Stick was pleased to also provide the tournament registration for the Wingham Atoms participation in the International Silver Stick tournament in Forest.
These donations will allow Wingham Minor Hockey to offset some of the registration costs for minor hockey participants. Wingham Regional Silver Stick would like to thank sponsors and volunteers for making the 33rd annual Silver Stick tournaments a great success.
At the Wingham Minor Hockey close event, Wingham Regional Tournament Directors Luke Lockridge (Midget) and Jason Goodall (Atom) were pleased to present the proceeds from the tournaments to outgoing WMHA President Lee Watson.
