Bantams Make Donation
The WMHA Bantam
Rep team went above and beyond the norm for a minor hockey team this
season. The team decided to incorporate pink into their game attire for
the October Breast Cancer Awareness program. Using pink tape on their
sticks and pink laces in their skates they went one step further by donating
money if they used pink. On Dec. 6 several members of the Bantam team
made a donation of $122 to the Oncology Dept. Pictured with the team is
nurse Barb Pletch and Wingham and District Hospital Foundation coordinator
Nicole Jutzi.
