Atom Reps Advance
The Foxton Fuel Atom Rep team is moving on in their WOAA playoffs. Drawing Bruce Peninsula in the first round, the team picked up where they left in season play.
Wingham defeated BP 5-0 on home ice Jan. 11 and then won by a 6-1 score in Lions Head on Jan. 13. That swept the best of 3 series 2 straight. The team will now wait for the winner of the Blyth/Brussels - Seaforth series. Wingham is also in another playoff series based on their season play. They are playing home and series with the Mitchell and Listowel Rep teams. Games with Mitchell are scheduled for Jan. 22 in Wingham at 6:30 p.m. and back in Mitchell on Jan. 25. Games with Listowel have not yet been scheduled.
