Welcome to the Wingham Pee Wee Local League Hockey Team. Most of our messaging with be carried out through email and the WMHA website. Please check both areas often. Messages will come from myself, Dave Reidy, Manager or Kevin Young your coach.

1. Parent meeting will be held following practice on Tues. Oct. 11th
2. Name bands: please email to let me know if you have name bands for your child. Bring these to practice on Oct. 11th. I will order for those who need names ... they are about $8.
3. Volunteer hours: I have a few options to offer. Please let me know if you are interested in one of these jobs which will fulfill your volunteer hours. (sewing name bands, washing sweaters, writing articles for the newspaper)
4.Two families are responsible for running the clock and keeping the game sheet for each home game. If you are unable to cover your shift as assigned, please find your own replacement. I will forward the schedule once we have our games scheduled.
5. Schedule is posted on the Wingham Minor Hockey website: http://winghamminorhockey.com/. I will not be handing out printed copies.
6. I have included the latest information on head shots from the OMHA. Please review it carefully! As you all are no doubt aware this type of behaviour will not be taken lightly.
7. I will be supplying a list of players, home and cell numbers. It is also my intention to make up some player cards with names and player jersey numbers on them.
Practice/Game: all players are asked to arrive at the arena 30 minutes before practice time. Upon arrival, players need to be in the dressing room and not be running around the arena. All players are to be dressed and ready to go on the ice 10 minutes prior to games or practice. Girls are to join the team in boys change room at this time to hear from the coaches.
Dressing Room: parents are not to be in the dressing rooms. Dressing rooms will be supervised by coaches.
